Your retainer is determined after a free initial consultation and a clear agreement on the scope of work. Contracts are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and we will never bill beyond the agreed retainer for work within that scope. We don’t charge by the hour, so you can reach out anytime without watching the clock. If your needs change, we’ll discuss and agree on any new rates well in advance—ensuring complete transparency and no surprises.
